Aboriginal Economic Development

I am experienced with commercial matters as they relate to Aboriginal economic development, and regularly assist First Nation and Métis clients with business ventures including mixed land use development. I also have substantial experience drafting and negotiating impact and benefit agreements, participation agreements, limited partnership agreements, and joint venture agreements on behalf of First Nation and Métis clients.
